Ayah Sarhan is a Psychologist and Certified Parent and Youth Effectiveness Training Instructor (P.E.T.) and (Y.E.T.) since 2011.

She earned her Master's in Community Psychology from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and is currently a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University.

Ayah also earned her post graduate diploma in Learning and Development from the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD UK). And became an accredited coach in the Association of Coaching after finishing her coaching certification at the University of Cambridge in the UK.

She co-founded two NGOs and sits as an executive board member in Family Hub where she consulted UNICEF on the development of the National Parenting Program for the Government of Egypt.
